4. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings made through the Platform are subject to the availability and policies of the individual salon. Cancellation policies vary by salon and are displayed at the time of booking. Step & Sit is not responsible for any disputes arising from salon-specific cancellation policies.
5. Payments
All payments processed through the Platform are subject to our payment terms. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Step & Sit uses secure third-party payment processors and does not store your full payment details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Step & Sit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Step & Sit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
